It's been a while!!  But I am back, and in this new episode of the podcast I speak to a great veteran athlete, dog and horse trainer, and overall super good dude Gerald Jennex.  We talk about living, training, and surviving with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and how he re-directed his path in life after taking a bad turn after military life using sports, dedication, and a good attitude to do some amazing things with the hope that people can do the same with their lives.

A story of an American dreamer

Due to recent decision of the Government of the US to rescind the DACA program, I decided to tell my untold story of how I got to defend, fight, and represent the United States, even though I was considered an illegal alien at some point in my life.

I also share my thoughts about this act of political cowardness and how it will affect my future.

In this episode I speak with Marc Mast, Marc is the director of the Wood River Ability Program in Sun Valley Idaho.  The Mission of The Wood River Ability Program is to promote physical and mental health for persons with disabilities through sports and recreation.  Marc and his program have helped many disabled people reach the top of competitive disabled sports and rehabilitation including me.  We talk about how he got started, what drives him to do it, and we reminisce how he helped me back in the day.

In this episode I speak with BJ Ganem, BJ is a decorated war veteran, an advocate for disabled veterans, and a multiple disabled sports participant from dog sledding to rock climbing.  We find out how BJ went from a very dark place in his life after losing his leg to becoming an incredible, and selfless advocate for injured veterans.
